Creator terms

1. Operator and scope

The creator directory on puzzelldrop.com is operated by the provider named in the Impressum. It presents independent artists with a profile, selected designs and links to their own shops. Listing is free. We do not sell any products and are not a party to any purchase; purchases are made solely between the buyer and the respective platform (e.g. Redbubble, Etsy) under its terms.

2. Application and moderation

Every application, profile and design is reviewed by hand before publication. There is no right to be listed. We may reject applications, in particular if information is incomplete or content breaches these terms.

3. Your content and rights

You warrant that you own the rights to all designs, texts and images you submit, or are entitled to use them, and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties.

For the duration of your listing you grant us a simple, free, revocable right to display your profile text, images and links on puzzelldrop.com, to adapt them technically for display (e.g. resize) and to let them appear in search engine and social network previews. Copyright remains with you.

4. Prohibited content

• illegal content and infringements of copyright, trademark or personality rights;
• hate speech, glorification of violence, discrimination, sexually explicit content;
• misleading information, spam, or links that do not lead to your own shops or profiles.

5. Links and copy protection

Your shop links are shown without our own affiliate codes. Technical copy protection for images is on by default; it makes copying harder but cannot prevent it completely.

6. Removal, suspension, complaints

You can ask us to remove your profile or individual designs at any time by e-mail to contact@puzzelldrop.com; we normally do so within 7 days.

We may hide or remove content and suspend profiles if they breach these terms or applicable law, or if we receive a substantiated notice. We will inform you with a statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA). You can contest the decision by e-mail; we will review it again by hand. Out-of-court dispute settlement under Art. 21 DSA remains available.

7. Notices

Anyone can report content they consider illegal via /report. Notices are handled diligently, objectively and without undue delay.

8. Liability

The directory is a free service without guarantee of constant availability. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to foreseeable damage.

9. Privacy, changes, law

How we process your data is explained in the privacy policy. We will announce changes to these terms by e-mail in advance; you can then ask for your listing to be removed. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
